The future of television
After much hacking, Anil managed to boot the TV of the future. Is that
aalib?

Trip to NYC
For our last full day in princeton we decided to pop into New York. The first picture shows an amusing track-side advert: "irish charm, british grace, american's welcome!". Well I thought it was funny. The second picture shows two stops on the railway named "lebanon" and "white house". Somehow that seemed funny too. Finally the third pic is of the NY "meat packing district"... wow this city has it all!

That's a lot of milk
I was going to photoshop this image to add little milk-moustaches but then I realised it would compromise my journalistic ethics. To see how the result would have looked, check out this picture from

"
After a grueling day of defending the earth from piracy, greed and cruelty, I just can't wait to get home, kick back, and pour myself a drink. Of milk, that is. With nine essential nutrients that help make me strong, like protein, calcium and vitamin D, it's the beverage of choice for most superheroes.

New lab in Princeton
Here are some photos of the new lab office space in Princeton:

The lab has significantly more room for expansion than the last lab -- very handy!
As is required by local law, there are a number of interesting notices on the employee notice board. Anil seems quite happy with the rules about forcing employees to undertake polygraphs:

Walking in the forest
This was our first full day in the US after travelling yesterday.
Ali B drove us up to Sandy and Elisabeth's place in Bernardsville from where we went to a forest for an afternoon walk:

The forest was a national park, home of some important war-of-independence era events. Or something. Apparently people used to live in little huts:

After finishing the walking we headed back for some food, beer, pool and a movie.
